Family Law practitioners and clients:
The Family Law community is strong and resourceful, providing support and service to families in the most stressful of times. In this uncertain climate, your clients will need your assistance and guidance even more urgently.
Technology available to keep business moving:
Over the last couple weeks, our panel of neutrals have been utilizing Zoom video conferencing to allow clients to participate in mediations and Judge Pro Tem hearings remotely, thereby ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Zoom is reliable, easy to use, and most importantly, secure. With unique access codes generated for each hearing, cases are being handled with the same care and confidentiality as if they were in our offices.
Parties participate in hearings remotely by simply clicking on a link from a web browser, Zoom desktop or mobile application, landline or mobile phone, or with a H.323 or SIP device. Once parties join a hearing, they are placed into their own private virtual breakout room. Neutrals are able to navigate between the virtual rooms and utilize communication tools such as screen sharing and white board.
We are available to help you in different ways:
As part of the Family Law community, we understand the stress and pressure this pandemic may be causing you. Signature Resolution Family Law neutrals are here to support and assist you and your clients. For example, as an alternative to dealing with the constraints of obtaining a Stipulation and Order for Appointment of Privately Compensated Temporary Judge, our neutrals are also available for Binding Arbitrations and can proceed with Signature’s simple Stipulation for Arbitration.
Signature Resolution Family Law is fully committed to providing you and your clients with the highest standard of quality and service, especially in these challenging times. We stand ready to assist in emergency situations and we continue to maintain our focus on our fundamental principles: ethics, innovation, flexibility, neutrality, experience, commitment, and results.
We hope everyone remains healthy and safe.
